THE STORY
THODOERY（トドエリー / CV. GE Farm Development） は、2017年に南スラウェシで設立されたカカオ農産業企業で、当初は CV. General Engineering の名で活動していました。代表の ルスマディ・マフムッド のもと、2018年に事業転換を行い、インドネシア国家規格（SNI） に準拠したカカオ加工を中心とし、日本をはじめとする輸出市場に進出しました。
インドネシア有数のカカオ産地という立地を活かし、生産だけでなく、農家への教育、統合型ビジネスモデル、社会経済的な持続可能性の推進を通じて農家のエンパワーメントにも取り組んでいます。
主力製品は ビーントゥバー・チョコレート、コンパウンドチョコレート、カカオニブ、カカオマス（リカー）、ピュアカカオパウダー、プレミアムチョコレート。発酵には日本の技術を、乾燥にはアフリカンベッド方式を採用し、一貫した衛生的な品質を実現しています。
年間の加工能力は 300kg、提携農家からの供給は 8〜12トン に達し、2022年インターナショナル・チョコレート・アワード をはじめとする国際的な評価を獲得しました。
THODOERY (CV. GE Farm Development) is a cocoa agroindustry company established in 2017 in South Sulawesi, originally under the name CV. General Engineering. Led by Rusmadi Mahmud, the company transformed in 2018 with a focus on cocoa processing that meets Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and has successfully entered the export market, particularly Japan.
Located in one of Indonesia’s finest cocoa-producing regions, the company not only produces cocoa products but also empowers farmers through education, integrated business models, and socio-economic sustainability initiatives.
Its flagship products include Bean-to-Bar Chocolate, Compound Chocolate, Cacao Nibs, Cacao Mass (Liquor), Pure Cacao Powder, and Premium Chocolate. Using Japanese fermentation technology and African bed drying methods, the company ensures consistent and hygienic quality.
With an annual processing capacity of 300 kg and supply from 8–12 tons of cocoa beans sourced from partnered farmers, THODOERY has received international recognition, including the International Chocolate Awards 2022.
