THE STORY
Cokelatin Signature（チョクラティン・シグネチャー） は、バンテン発の飲料メーカーです。2016年に イレナ・スロソプトラ によって設立され、インドネシアが誇るプレミアムチョコレートドリンクブランドとして、強く自然な香りを持つ純粋なチョコレートの味わいを提供しています。香料、人工甘味料、防腐剤は一切使用していません。
原料には、南スラウェシ や 東ジャワ 産の厳選されたカカオ豆を使用し、カカオバター含有率は最低22％を保証しています。さらに、ブランドの特徴として一貫して ジャワ・クリオロ を打ち出すことで、最高品質を届けるとともに、インドネシア各地の小規模農家の支援にも取り組んでいます。
主力商品には クリーミーラテ、スイートクラシック、ダークチョコレート、ジャワ・クリオロ があり、特別商品として 62％チョコレートバー や ジャワ・クリオロカプセル も展開しています。現在は国内市場のみならず、台湾、シンガポール、香港、サウジアラビア へ輸出され、さらに 日本市場への展開 も進められています。
Cokelatin Signature is a beverage producer from Banten. Founded in 2016 by Irena Surosoputra, Cokelatin has become a premium Indonesian chocolate drink brand, offering the pure taste of chocolate with a strong natural aroma—free from flavorings, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives.
Using selected cocoa beans from South Sulawesi and East Java, with a minimum cocoa butter content of 22%, and consistently highlighting Java Criollo as its signature distinction, Cokelatin delivers not only the finest quality but also supports the empowerment of local farmers across the archipelago.
Its flagship varieties include Creamy Latte, Sweet Classic, Dark Chocolate, and Java Criollo, along with specialty products such as 62% Chocolate Bar and Java Criollo Capsules. Today, Cokelatin products are enjoyed both domestically and internationally, with exports reaching Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Saudi Arabia, and plans for expansion into Japan.
