ベスカビーン（Beskabean）は、南スマトラでQグレーダー資格を持つヘンドラ・スサント氏によって設立された、生産者兼プロセッサーです。ベスカビーンは地元農家と直接連携し、ウォッシュト、ハニー、ナチュラル、アナエロビックといった多様な精製方法を取り入れることで、セメンド産コーヒーのユニークな個性を最大限に引き出しています。その根幹にある価値観は、農家のエンパワーメント、品質と本物らしさの維持、そして生産過程の透明性にあります。また、スペシャルティコーヒーを手頃な価格で提供することで、より多くの人に楽しんでもらうと同時に、地域コミュニティの生活向上にも貢献しています。

Beskabean, founded by Hendra Susanto, a certified Q Grader, in South Sumatra, is a coffee producer and processor dedicated to developing Semendo coffee. By working directly with local farmers, Beskabean ensures careful post-harvest processing through various methods such as washed, honey, natural, and anaerobic, allowing the unique character of Semendo coffee to shine. Their core values focus on empowering farmers, preserving quality and authenticity, and maintaining transparency in production, while offering specialty coffee at accessible prices to reach a wider audience and support the well-being of the local community.
