THE STORY
西ジャワ州タシックマラヤのラジャ山の斜面で栽培されるチガロンタン・コーヒー。有機栽培200haでシガララトゥン、リニS、ジャワ・プレアンガーなどを栽培。ナチュラル、ウォッシュド、ハニー、ワインと多様なプロセスで、パスンダンの豊かな味わいを表現しています。
From the slopes of Mount Raja near the legendary Galunggung, Cigalontang Coffee is cultivated organically by the Pusparahayu Farmers Group. At 1,200 masl, varietals like Sigararutang, Lini S, and Java Preanger flourish across 200 hectares. Known as the “jewel of East Priangan,” Cigalontang offers diverse processes—Natural (full-bodied, exotic), Washed (clean, bright), Honey (sweet, fruity), and Wine (aromatic, wine-like)—reflecting Pasundan’s rich cultural taste.
