Finestco（ファイネストコ） は、PT. Inovasi Kakao Indonesia 傘下のプレミアムカカオブランドで、東ジャワ州マランを拠点とし、クリオロ・ブレンド品種 のファインフレーバーカカオ製品に特化しています。原料は、持続可能かつトレーサブルな農法を実践する小規模農家から調達され、発酵率80％以上、含水率7％以下、全豆品質95％以上 を満たした高品質カカオ豆を使用しています。
味わいは豊かで、ドライフルーツ、花、ナッツ のニュアンスを持ち、低い苦味とバランスの取れた酸味 が特徴。なめらかで余韻の長い風味を楽しめます。主力製品は、カカオニブ、カカオマス（リカー）、カカオバター、ナチュラルカカオパウダー、カカオティー。すべて高い品質基準で生産され、複雑で香り高く、繊細なキャラクターを持つインドネシア産カカオを際立たせています。ファインチョコレートや特別なクーベルチュール製品に最適です。

Finestco, a brand under PT. Inovasi Kakao Indonesia, is a premium cacao producer from Malang, East Java, specializing in fine-flavor cacao from the Criollo Blend variety. The raw materials are sourced from smallholder farmers practicing sustainable and traceable cultivation, with beans that are fully fermented (≥80%), have moisture content ≤7%, and maintain ≥95% whole-bean quality.
The flavor profile is rich, featuring notes of dried fruit, floral tones, nuts, with low bitterness and balanced acidity, delivering a smooth and long-lasting taste.
